Nagaon: In view of the sudden raise of the demand of petrol & diesel in entire state, the District Commissioner of Nagaon Debasish Sharma made surprise visits to a number of petrol depots in the district last night to take stocks of the situation (Petrol Diesel Shortage Rumor).
During the sudden visit, the Commissioner learned that there is sufficient stock of petrol and diesel in the oil depots in the district, so there is no need for the general public to panic. When asked about the reason for the long queues and crowds of people for oil collection, the authorities of the oil depots said that the crowds were caused by the panic created among the people due to the outbreak of rumers.
Finally, District Commissioner Sharma sent a message to the public of the district that, there is sufficient stock of petrol and diesel in the entire district. However, the inconvenience faced by the customers due to temporary running out of oil at some oil depots will also be resolved by the management of the depots shortly. He urged the public to inform the district administration if they faced any difficulties in this regard.
