Nagaon :The National Lok Adalat will be organized at the Nagaon Judicial Court premises on March 14 from 10 a.m. under the initiative of the National Legal Services Authority and the Assam State Legal Services Authority, with arrangements made by the Nagaon District Legal Services Authority (National Lok Adalat).
During the Lok Adalat, various pending cases including criminal, civil, family and revenue-related matters, as well as road accident compensation claims and bank loan disputes, will be taken up for settlement. The cases will be resolved through a speedy and cost-free process aimed at providing quick justice to the parties involved.
The Nagaon District Legal Services Authority has urged all concerned parties to take advantage of the opportunity and resolve their cases through mutual settlement. Interested parties may contact the office of the Nagaon District Legal Services Authority located in Room No. 63 on the fourth floor of the Nagaon Judicial Court building for further details.
The Secretary of the Nagaon District Legal Services Authority has also appealed to all parties who have received notices regarding the Lok Adalat to remain present on the scheduled date and settle their respective cases.
