Nagaon: An atmosphere of festivity will prevail across Nagaon district on March 4. On the occasion of the sacred Doul Yatra, the District Commissioner of Nagaon, Devashish Sharma, has declared a local holiday throughout the district. - Urgent Government Work: Concerned government departments have been directed to ensure that any urgent official matters scheduled for March 4 are handled properly without any obstruction.
The local holiday has been declared to allow residents to participate in the spiritual atmosphere of the traditional festival of Doul Yatra.
